14-Day Return Policy

Care4Hairs provides a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

       In the same condition as received

       Unused and unopened

        In its original packaging

          Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, Care4Hairs will provide:

          A return shipping label

          Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your Care4Hairs product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

          Personal care and beauty products (including hair oils)

          Perishable goods

          Customized or personalized orders

          Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before proceeding.


Exchanges

To receive a replacement item faster, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item

  2. Placing a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

      Unused and unopened

      In original packaging

      Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once Care4Hairs receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
